Doctor of Medicine and Magna Cum Laude Clinical Epidemiologist from Colombia, Founder and CEO of EPIDENCE Clinical Research & Consulting. Extensive experience in clinical research and evidence synthesis, collaborating with academic institutions and public health authorities to implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies for target, at-risk and rare-disease populations, expand access to essential medications and to inform national guidelines on preventative medications. Research areas include systematic reviews and meta-analyses (including network meta-analyses), diagnostic accuracy studies, clinical practice guidelines, and evidence-based healthcare strategies for disease prevention, high-impact interventions, and integration of clinical and epidemiological evidence to support the introduction of new vaccines and therapies. Recognized for academic excellence, methodological expertise, and a strong commitment to produce rigorous evidence to guide clinical practice and public health decision-making.

Doctor of Medicine and Clinical Epidemiologist from Colombia, graduated with distinction and Cum Laude honors from Universidad del Norte. Research experience includes diagnostic accuracy studies, with focus on infectious diseases, as well as a drafted book chapter in the second edition of Immunology of the Skin. Academic profile reflects a strong commitment to scientific excellence, methodological rigor, evidence-based medicine, and clinically relevant research. At EPIDENCE Clinical Research & Consulting, clinical and epidemiological expertise is integrated into the design, conduct, analysis, and interpretation of clinical research, supporting rigorous evidence generation and public health decision-making.

Doctor of Medicine from Colombia, with extensive experience in clinical practice, academic medicine, and clinical research. Currently practicing in emergency and clinical care, with additional experience in undergraduate medical education, particularly in clinical semiology. Professional and academic training includes clinical rotations at leading institutions in Colombia and the United States. Research experience spans diagnostic accuracy, rare diseases, genetics, cardiology, and neurology, with contributions to peer-reviewed publications in international and national scientific journals. At EPIDENCE Clinical Research & Consulting, this clinical expertise is integrated with rigorous research methodology to support the design, interpretation, and translation of clinical evidence into meaningful insights for healthcare and research decision-making.
